Shorting Ethereum Or Going Long with a CFD Broker

One way of trading Ethereum (ETH) is to trade it as a CFD. A CFD is a contract between the trader and the CFD provider which allows the trader to speculate on the movement of the value of ETH on cryptocurrency exchanges without having to own any ETH, without having to trade on an exchange and with the capacity to use the online trading platforms and tools provided by the broker to trade Ethereum CFDs and a range of other markets. This means that platforms such as MT5, cTrader and web traders can be used to trade ETH. It also allows the trader to trade on margin (to use leverage), however Ethereum is extremely volatile and increasing leverage increases risk.
