Both of these are ECN Forex brokers, which can offer other markets to trade as well. They allow scalping, hedging and EAs and provide MT4. Both brokers offer low spreads with a commission charge. Titan FX can provide an STP account, without a commission charge and higher spreads, while FXCC can offer ECN spreads without a commission charge depending on the minimum deposit.

Titan FX can provide more CFDs and a wider range of markets. FXCC is regulated in Cyprus by the CySEC. Titan FX is regulated by the VFSC in Vanuatu.

Minimum deposit and account types

The minimum deposit for FXCC is $100 and the minimum deposit for TitanFX is $200.

  • FXCC provides three account types. These are the ECN Standard account, the ECN XL account and the ECN Advanced account. All accounts welcome Scalpers, allow hedging and EAs, provide live news updates, technical analysis, trading tools and an economic calendar on the FXCC website, and offer a personal account manager.
  • FXCC's ECN Standard account has a minimum deposit of $100, the ECN XL account has a minimum deposit of $500 and the ECN Advanced account has a minimum deposit of $100,000. All accounts charge commissions, except for the ECN XL account which does not charge commissions for deposits less than or equal to $10,000. The ECN Advanced account offers more Forex pairs and also offers Indices.
  • Titan FX offers the Zero Standard STP account, the Blade ECN Zero account, an Islamic account and the Active Trader Program. Hedging, scalping and EAs are allowed for all account types. Titan FX offers markets analysis, economic news, self improvement articles for a 'Forex Lifestyle' and an economic calendar. Titan FX uses Equinix's NY4 Data Centre.
  • Titan FX's Standard and Islamic accounts do not charge commissions, the Blade ECN account does charge commissions.
  • Titan FX's Active Trader Program provides a dedicated relationship manager, segregated client accounts, advanced reporting, custom solutions, virtual server hosting and aggregated anonymous data (AAD).

  • FXCC's ECN Standard account charges commissions of 0.75 pips per lot per side for Forex and $7.5 per lot per side for Metals.
  • For deposits of less than or equal to $10,000, FXCC's ECN XL account does not charge commissions and for deposits greater than $10,000 the ECN XL account charges commissions of 0.3 pips per lot per side.
  • FXCC's ECN Advanced account charges commissions of 0.4 pips per lot per side for Forex and $4 per lot per side for Metals, Energy and Indices.
  • Titan FX charges a commission of $0.035 per 0.01 lots (i.e. $3.50 per lot) per side (thus $0.07 per micro lot round trip) on the Blade ECN account. Titan FX says that it approximates the USD charges and has a monthly review of these approximations for other account currencies.
