These are both MetaTrader 4 (MT4) brokers. Each allows the use of Expert Advisors (EAs), MT4's online trading robots. FXCC is an ECN broker and charges commissions. As an ECN broker, FXCC can offer low Forex spreads (plus a commission charge). However on its ECN XL account, FXCC provides ECN spreads without a commission charge, though there are restrictions on the account size.
